Registration

If you're interested in working with us, complete the form with a few details about yourself. Indicate your preferred time and we will contact you to lock in the booking.

Singing Audition

• Auditionees are required to prepare 2 minutes of a song of your own choice in the style of the show (this can include a song from the show). We recommend that you prepare the best part of your best song. 

• Auditionees may be asked to complete scales to check vocal range

• You may sing to a backing track from your phone or device (you may not look at your device for the lyrics to your prepared song).We will provide a Bluetooth speaker.

Dance Audition

• All auditionees are required to do a dance audition as Footloose is predominantly a Dance focused show. 

• There is no routine to pre learn. All auditionees will learn a short routine in the room and then perform this in smaller groups during their allocated time slot.

• Please bring shoes and clothes suitable for dancing - either sneakers or jazz shoes and clothing for high energy movement. This does not need to be specific dance-wear, but please do not wear multiple bulky layers. Do not dance in socks please.

Callbacks

• If required, callbacks will be held on Monday, June 29 from 6.30pm. People required for callbacks will be contacted by a member of the casting panel. Please ensure you write your contact details correctly and clearly on your audition form.
